Inheritance In Islam

It has been propagated among the islamic scholars that the knowledge on inheritance is the first knowledge that would be lost on earth from what was reported from the messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم who said: “Learn the knowledge of inheritance and teach people because I am a man that will be gone and this knowledge will seize, and sedition will spread until two men will start disagreeing on inheritance and they will not take serious whom is judging between them.”It's compliance with the commandment of the messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم to learn this knowledge and teach it. With that, this book is prepared to contain statuses of Islamic jurisprudence to understand inheritance and the principles on calculation to understand the shares for the inheritors in inheritance questions.
